US Events Coordinator

Full-time position


As our US Events Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the planning, organising and realisation of US events. This will include coordinating with the marketing team, regional marketing function and sales teams along with other key stakeholders. You will work with different internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales and logistics. This role will be the functional owner of the event equipment and collaterals, responsible for managing our inventory and keeping it in good order. In addition to supporting events, you will be responsible for organising US sales and office events.

What are my tasks & responsibilities?

  • Supporting US event planning, organization, realization, including logistics
  • Post event lead management
  • Event reporting and metrics
  • Manage the exhibition equipment inventory
  • Manage the give-away procurement process
  • Provide travel support
  • Tracking of event budgets
  • Organizing US sales and office events for the LUMICKS team

  • You will have experience with events organization, in the life science industry would be considered a plus
  • Project management and strong time management skills
  • Willingness to travel if necessary
  • Competent in the use of MS office tools
