As sourcing officer, you participate in R&D projects and manage development suppliers to oversee the contracting, deliverables on time, quality and cost and prepare handover to production partner. You manage strategic and bottleneck suppliers on QLTC (Quality, Logistic, Technology, and Cost) to ensure LUMICKS’s growth. You understand how to manage the trade-off between time to market and cost while maintaining high-quality standards. You identify improvement opportunities in cost and quality. You are a part of Operations and will join a sourcing team with one colleague and sourcing manager.
