Introduction

LUMICKS is looking for a HR Business Partner for our office in Amsterdam. You will get an unique opportunity to be closely involved in HR and Leadership of a rapid growing international business. You will coach, advise, and develop LUMICKS leaders on all HR topics, help shaping an amazing employee experience so we remain the company where people want to be.

What are my tasks & responsibilities?

  • Coaching leaders
  • Partner with the leaders of the rapidly growing Product Research & Development – and staff teams to turn HR challenges into solutions
  • Advise on HR cases at strategic and tactical level
  • Change management & internal communication
  • Develop leaders in their leadership skills and HR responsibility
  • Initiate and execute HR initiatives to evolve and strengthen LUMICKS culture, with focus on:
    • Organizational design & development; ensure teams across the organization are connected and committed to deliver the strategy
    • Team dynamics
    • Talent & Leadership Development

What about my skills & competencies?

  • Minimum 7 years broad HR experience; both hands-on and strategic
  • Passionate about culture and business
  • Experience with organizational development; group dynamics & facilitation
  • Great 1-1 as well as presentation and engagement skills at all levels
  • Creative, flexible, resilient, independent, and organized
  • Excellent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
  • Basic Reporting, Excel & HRIS skills
  • Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week. Preferably full time
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree
