Introduction

LUMICKS is growing very fast (260 people globally today) and as  Global Internal Communications Lead you will build the employee communication function. You will be responsible for inspiring and engaging communication for the whole team on people and culture topics.

What are my tasks & responsibilities?

  • Building structured internal messaging through internal networking and collaboration;
  • Creating and executing communication plans to support people & culture initiatives;
  • Developing internal communication policies and standards;
  • Driving social media engagement;
  • Leading internal communication initiatives as part of overall communication plans;
  • Internal content development for employees;
  • Analysis on respective projects.

 

What about my skills & competencies?

  • 10+ years experience in Internal Communications and employee engagement;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the relationship between HR and talent topics and employee communications and the relationships and experience necessary to build the skill at LUMICKS;
  • Ability to connect people to purpose through compelling storytelling;
  • A get-it-done attitude with a willingness to pivot quickly and frequently;
  • Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills;;
  • Excellent news judgment;
  • Proven crisis management/strategy capabilities.
