Digital Marketing Manager

Full-time position


In this role you will be responsible for building and implementing a creative, integrated, omni-channel digital marketing strategy that builds awareness, drives customer behaviour and provides a steady flow of high-quality sales leads. You’ll work closely with regional marketing, content marketing, sales teams, product management, and public relations teams to build an integrated content funnel via owned channels: newsletters and global email campaigns including marketing automation, social media, and paid advertisement.

What are my tasks & responsibilities?

  • Identify key opportunities and deploy digital content appropriate to the customer journey and marketing objectives for our global initiatives.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the global digital marketing strategy, including social media, paid advertising and email campaign programs.
  • Drive strategy and execution across commercial divisions and enabling functions by understanding and aligning commercial priorities, balancing multiple teams and priorities
  • Define digital marketing best practices, including optimal format and content deployment. Lead internal efforts to refine and improve social media processes.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team with copywriters, designers, product marketers, and regional marketing coordinators, inside sales specialists and sales leaders.

What about my skills & competencies?

  • Bachelor or Masters in life science or marketing-related discipline
  • 5+ years practical experience in a digital marketing position
  • 2+ years’ experience in life science or biotech industry
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing digital marketing strategies
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing best practices, concepts and tools
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and performance management skills
  • Experience and ability to capture and leverage emerging digital marketing technologies
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and learning and development skills with all levels of company personnel to facilitate information flow and decision making
  • Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem-solving approach, build team consensus and manage execution
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and re-targeting, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads
