Introduction

Work alongside C-level executives and other MT members of a disruptive very fast scaling high-tech scale-up in life-science instrumentation. Both on a strategic and day-to-day operational level!

In this position, you get exposure to all key stakeholders within LUMICKS and you will experience what it is like to manage the company. You will be involved in shaping the strategy and organization with a very high social relevance. In your role, you will make a difference as you proactively identify and address bottlenecks to accelerate scaling. Play an end-to-end key role in identifying, establishing, and implementing core strategic projects around conversion optimization, go-to-market strategies, and scalability. In short, you will act as a link between the MTand various departments!

What are my tasks & responsibilities?

Identify, establish and implement projects/changes that accelerate growth and scalability (develop relevant KPI frameworks, projects, and measure, analyze and report insights).
Proactively propose and implement organizational changes.
Drafting business and financial plans, preparing and attending board meetings.
Market developments: keep track of relevant market trends and developments.
KPI reporting and data disclosure: setting up and designing relevant KPI reports that provide insight into revenue development and profitability per service and customer, among others.

2-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or finance with affinity and interest in data, technology, and sales.
You are analytical and structured.
