We recently kicked off the implementation of Salesforce, our new CRM system. This system incorporates: Pardot for marketing automation and account-based management; Sales Cloud for account, contact, lead and opportunity management; CPQ for quoting, quote approvals, price books and potentially invoicing and service plus/cloud for managing our installed instrument base, deploying our field service team, tech support ticketing and customer success. As our CRM manager, you are responsible for setting our CRM system up for success. You manage the day-to-day and create CRM procedures and processes to build an effective system that knits together creating visibility across our customer-facing organizations. You act as an internal champion and train our teams on how to integrate the use of our CRM system in their workflow. Being the glue between our Marketing, Service, Sales support, and Sales teams, you engage in team-specific projects (eg. setting up marketing automation) to create a seamless customer journey.
