LUMICKS is proud to announce the commercial release of AFS™ temperature control. This latest addition in the Acoustic Force Spectroscopy technology allows the user to perform highly parallel experiments at the desired temperature of the sample volume.
The AFS™ temperature control surrounds the powerful lab-on-chip device with heat-conducting material and contains a heating element connected to a feedback system. The sample in the chip can be kept at a set temperature with an accuracy of 0.4 °C and a stability of 0.05 °C. Users can now manipulate and image cells and proteins under biologically relevant conditions and can investigate temperature dependent events in single-molecule experiments.
